Meet The Team

Paddy - Head of S&C

Paddy’s Interest in Strength & Conditioning originated from aiming to reach the elite environments such as Inter County Dressing Rooms.After successfully playing at various age groups right the way up until senior, his passion for high performance has only grown.He’s had various long term injuries along the way, which has led him to learn ways of training that not only help athletes perform at their best but also stay on the pitch for longer.S&C can be overcomplicated at times on social media, but Paddy strives to bring a person first approach to helping you reach and sustain your best performances to date.

mARK - hEAD OF nUTRITION

Having competed in a variety of sports from a young age, Mark has always had an interest in how manipulating the food you eat can influence how you look, feel and perform.This led him to pursuing a degree in Sports Science followed by a Masters degree in Performance Nutrition in order to further his knowledge and understanding in nutrition to help athletes take more control of their health and performance.In his own journey, Mark has gone from feeling like he wasn’t a “naturally gifted athlete” and lacking confidence in his performance to leading by example and setting standards for others to follow.Mark loves nothing more than to help athletes perform at their best through food, and in doing so, unlock new levels of performance.

Liam - Head of Mental Performance

Liam Coleman, is a proud Wexford native and psychology graduate from Dublin City University (DCU), bringing a blend of psychology, leadership, and elite sport to his role as a Head of Mental Performance at KaizenAs a senior intercounty football player for Wexford, Liam captained the team most recently in 2024, demonstrating his leadership abilities on and off the field. He also represented DCU at Sigerson level and has won a club championship with his home club Castletown Liam Mellows in 2019 and again in 2022.Liam combines his passion for sport, psychology, and leadership to help athletes achieve a high-performing mind and life.

James - Head of Physical Therapy

James has always been passionate about helping individuals improve their health and quality of life, through an integrated approach of injury management, lifestyle improvement and patient empowerment.This passion primarily stems from an unhealthy childhood and adolescence, multiple injuries which limited his ability to play sport, and seeing first hand the impact that chronic illness can have on the quality of life of those suffering.James graduated from Athletic Therapy and Training in Dublin City University (DCU) with a 1.1 degree. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, James attended Trinity College Dublin to complete a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine. James received the inaugural Moira O'Brien award for finishing first in his class in this degree, which prepared him further for working with a wide variety of populations, from athletes to those who are chronically ill.James endeavours to help people reach their goals and improve their life by educating and upskilling them through his passion for health and fitness.

MEET Jordan
